About the Artist - Roy Lutz

Roy is a professional photographer from Wenatchee, Washington.  His specialty is outdoor and nature photography.  He first became interested in photography in high school, where he learned black and white darkroom techniques.  When he began to experiment with close-up equipment in the l980’s, he truly fell in love with photography.  He has spent countless hours in the mountains and valleys of north central Washington, capturing the beauty of the area on film.  With an eye for beauty and love of nature, Roy has become a remarkable outdoor photographer.
