Richard’s Photography appears in magazines, newspapers, advertising, text books, and calendars. He first began taking pictures in his early teens with an Eastman Kodak Brownie Hawkeye camera that belonged to his grandfather. With this camera he would wander the hills of the Ozarks in his home state of Arkansas.
In 1983 Richard started devoting all his work to capturing nature on film for display in homes and businesses.
Richard now uses medium and large-format cameras, and prints and frames his own works. He can be seen showing in Leavenworth’s Village Art in the Park every weekend May-October.
Richard has been showing in Village Art in the Park since 1983.
